Building self confidence is an important part of personal growth. If you’re looking to make your life better in ANYWAY, you need to work on your self confidence as a major part of your ‘change’!
Most people have very low self esteem and confidence and it causes them to make bad decisions in life, stop trying to push forward and always think negatively instead positively.
So, working on your self confidence will be a big boost in your growth process, and it’ll help you achieve more in life as well.
Plus, if you have a lot of self confidence, people will notice and start to treat you different. They’ll have more confidence in you, see you as a go-getter and you’ll even see more attention from the opposite sex as well (now that’s always a bonus).
So here’s you tip to building self confidence.
A WIN LIST!
That’s it. Really.
What’s a Win List?
Well, a Win List is a list of things you are going to do each day. NOT a to-do list. This is different.
What you do is make a list before going to bed of the things you are going to do the next day.
NOW, this list has EVERYTHING you would normally do from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. Just everyday things though.
Stuff like…
- wake up
- get out of bed
- go to bathroom
- turn on water
- put tooth paste on tooth brush
- brush teeth
- turn on shower
- get in shower
- use soap
- get out of shower
- use a towel to dry off
You get the picture right.
AGAIN – this IS NOT a to-do list.
Don’t put things like – get milk – call doctor and so on.
This is a list of things you do everyday while getting ready to go out, eating breakfast, walking the dog, taking a shower.
List EVERYTHING you would do with these things.
In the middle of the day, or at the end of the day, go over the list and check things off and with each thing you check off, think to yourself that you WON that task. KNOW that you completed the task and be happy about it.
Then, make the same list again (always re-write the list at night) and do it again the next day.
After a few weeks of this your brain starts to register more “Wins” in your life and your brain starts to focus on positive things and you start to see yourself as a winner!
Just a quick tip
To more success in life,
